Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, except for a couple of locked closets for supply storage. In your booking confirmation message you will receive a link to your Guest Rental Agreement, which must be reviewed and signed in order to receive the access details for the property. After signing the Guest Rental Agreement property access details with keycode and WiFi information will be sent to you on the morning of your reservation. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines. Host reserves the right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary. For approved pets, a pet fee of $220 per pet, per reservation will apply. For stays longer than 14 nights, please inquire before booking, as the pet fee and guidelines may differ for extended stays.
