Set among Mediterranean shrubbery overlooking the sea, they offer modern comforts and breathtaking panoramic views. I Lecci 1 is a second floor apartment with a large terrace with sea view, two bedrooms and a bathroom for a total of 5 sleeps. The apartment has every necessary comfort including air conditioning in every room, dishwasher, terrace with panoramic sea view, outdoor shower. The I Lecci complex is located a 2-minute drive from the center of Porto Rotondo, a picturesque village with small shops and workshops overlooking the sea. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION I Lecci 1 is located on second floor of a private building. The entrance (via a flight of stairs) leads to the spacious covered veranda with splendid panoramic views facingthe Gulf of Porto Rotondo. The apartment comprises a spacious living room with dining table overlooking the separate kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and washing machine; the living area features a sitting area with flat-screen TV and sofas; the sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. For a different layout, two sofa beds are available in the living room. Near the entrance is a courtyard with uncovered parking spaces. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialised external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
