The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a garden view, while the second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for kids or friends, and the fourth bedroom offers a trundle bed that easily converts for extra sleeping space. One bedroom also functions as a work-from-home station, complete with ultra-fast Wi-Fi, ideal for guests combining work and leisure. The open living areas, with nearly 3,000 sq ft of space, provide plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The living room is perfect for family movie nights or simply relaxing with a good book after a day at the beach. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals, such as a crockpot, air fryer, pressure cooker, Ninja blender, and Keurig. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, there are three grilling options: electric, charcoal, and gas grills. In the master bathroom, you’ll find a large garden tub for soaking and relaxation, along with a walk-in shower. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. The custom-made dining table comfortably seats 8, making it perfect for family dinners or game nights. The full-sized laundry room is equipped with an ironing board, iron, folding station, and plenty of space for taking care of laundry needs during your stay. Outdoors, enjoy a private, seasonal pool oasis and a mini kids' pool, ideal for family fun. The screened-in patio offers a peaceful retreat from the Florida sun. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, this home has easy access to shops, dining, and beaches. Ample parking is available for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage) ensuring a hassle-free stay. Guest access You will have a personalized keyless front door code, the entire home, private pool, and property to yourself. Other things to note You are accepting full responsibility for the safety of renting guests; and agreeing to supervise children to ensure their safety. KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED ALL THE TIME IN THE POOL AREAS. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury, or damage to or loss of personal property. House Rules: No smoking/vaping on premises, and quiet hours start at 9 p.m. in our HOA. No exceptions. No more than 8 people. This is not a Party house, it's a family residence in a quiet neighborhood. Our house is a pet-free home. No exceptions.
