On the ground floor, there is a bright spacious living room with a kitchen and shared bathroom with a toilet. Also, there is the first bedroom with the private bathroom. On the 2nd floor, there are 4 rooms and a shared bathroom with a toilet. The garden is full of flowers during Spring and Summer. There is a pergola and outside furniture for having a great time with the family or friends. Free parking is possible on the street by the house. The neighbourhood is safe, quiet with a police station nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining area is perfect for enjoying those meals together.
