Guesthouse at the Prins Hendrik Hoeve

Looking for a nice place to stay? Then you have come to the right place at the Prins Hendrik Hoeve in Buren! Within walking distance of the outer walls of this historic Orange City, you can fully enjoy and relax. Museums, canoeing, paddle boarding, terraces and hiking trails, everything is within reach. And as a cherry on top, you can get acquainted with the many fruits that the Betuwe is rich in. The Betuwe is known for the Dutch green landscape with lots of water, meadows and fruit trees. The space You will be staying in the former carriage house of the Prince Hendrik Hoeve. This space has recently been converted into a cozy and stylish guest house. In June 2022, we opened our doors and have already welcomed several guests. Our guest house is spacious and country style. Through large French doors, you enter the cozy living room, with old wooden beams. There is a beautiful country kitchen with induction hob, combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine. Ideal for long stays. Toilet, master bedroom with walk-in shower (rain shower). In the spacious living room there are 2 beds in a corner for a 3rd and 4th person. The guest house has underfloor heating. You can enjoy the rural surroundings of the Betuwe in various places outside. The Prins Hendrik Hoeve is an agricultural company. Please note that cows can moo, cars and tractors can drive past the guest house. You can park your car on the grounds of the Prins Hendrik Hoeve, next to the guesthouse. Guest access The entire guest house is at your disposal. Other things to note We are Arie and Henrieta van Leeuwen. For several generations, De Prins Hendrik Hoeve has been inhabited by the van Leeuwen family. Arie milks the cows, processes straw bales into chopped straw and grows corn and wheat. Henrieta has a job in mental health care. Together, we enjoy hosting guests in our beautiful guest house. Because we live next to the guest house, you can always call on us.
