The approx. 40 square metre, continuously modernised and tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment has a combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, sitting area, flat-screen TV, radio, double bed), a separate bedroom (double bed, sitting area, flat-screen TV), a small kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a large hallway and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). The apartment is centrally heated and is equipped with insect screens on the windows.
