The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all the necessary household appliances, dishes and cutlery, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, egg boiler, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds as well as a romantic electric fireplace, the 3rd bedroom is furnished with 2 bunk beds. Furthermore, the bungalow offers 2 modern bathrooms with marble sink and rain shower. As landlords from Austria, we ourselves spent a first Dalmatian vacation here years ago and immediately fell in love with the place and the area. After many comparison options, we have returned to this place every year to rent a house here. And this has led to the idea of realizing our ideal ideas and requirements for a vacation home yourself and to rent them out in addition to our own use. The beach and the sea are only 30 meters from the house and is reached via a private access and path directly from the house. Pine trees provide natural shade and the beach is a very shallow, white pebble beach. Even in high season, the beach in front of our house is not crowded, as only homeowners and few locals bathe here. A few minutes' walk away is a beach bar and various restaurants and stalls. The house is of peace seekers for peace seekers, with fully fenced garden for children and dogs. Away from the typical tourist areas, it is still very original here, with a very good infrastructure and even one of the few ambulances right in the municipality and within walking distance. Enterprising have the opportunity to visit the Paklenica, Kornati and Krka National Parks in the nearby area, take a rafting tour on the river Zrmanja, or venture a bungee jump from the Maslenica Bridge. The Velebit mountains in the immediate vicinity offer the opportunity for beautiful hikes, Nin beckons with a tour of the salt pans and the nearby Zadar beckons with its enchanting old town.
