The living room is equipped with an L sofa, a relaxation armchair, a large Samsung Smart TV (55 inches/138 cm) and stereo system. You will find board games and books in the cabinets / boards. The two bedrooms are equipped with a high-quality box spring bed or a solid wood bed (each double bed 180 x 200 cm) as well as a wardrobe and offer you high comfort. For our little guests, there is a baby travel cot and a high chair. The spacious daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathroom furniture, hairdryer and towel warmer. In the utility room, a washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. In the kitchen, in both bedrooms, and the bathroom, there are screens in front of some of the windows. The approx. 150 sqm garden is fenced or adjoins the neighboring property by a dense thuja corner and invites you to linger. On the covered terrace you will find a spacious table with four seats and a sun lounger. At the house there is a parking space for the apartment that is only suitable for cars. There is a lockable equipment room in the area of the terrace. In this you will find pads for the patio furniture. You can also store bicycles here and have a charging facility for your e-bikes. A small to medium sized dog is welcome after prior registration. Bowls are available for the fur noses. Please bring a blanket if you want to allow your dog to come to the upholstered furniture. Barf on vacation? No problem with us, the freezer in the storage room has plenty of space. In Greetsiel, there is a large dog meadow with great agility equipment near the harbor.
