The 3 bed, 3.5 bath property is located at end of a cul-de-sac in the Royal Westmoreland gated community with 24-hour security. The villa is on a split-level basis with the Queen Bedroom just to the left of the main entrance. The Living Room, Kitchen and Terrace are just a few steps up on entry. The Master Bedroom and Twin Room are downstairs with entry to the private pool accessible from both rooms. All bedrooms are en-suite and include ample walk-in closet space, and air-conditioned. The space Guests can enjoy the array of Royal Westmoreland facilities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, padel courts, sanctuary with communal swimming pool, and access to the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Beach Club on Mullins Beach (6 min drive). Golf is available through our Royal Westmoreland membership at US$300 a round and guests can book any tee time available. The Living Room is equipped with a 51' Smart TV including complimentary Netflix and cable TV while the Master Bedroom also has its own respective Smart TV. For stays longer than a week, a complimentary weekly maid service is provided and should guests want daily or every other day maid service, that can be arranged for a fee. Other things to note There are 2 on-site restaurants in the community that offer dine-in and delivery services.
