Ideal starting point for both a holiday stay and a work-related stay. Frankfurt am Main, the airport FRA and the main train station are only about 30 km away. A beautiful public outdoor swimming pool with crystal clear, heated spring water large lawn and shade-giving trees is only about a 5-minute walk away (usually open May to Sept.). Apartment is fully drained and equipped with a queen size bed (140x200), Shower room, shutters, wardrobe, hangers, Smart TV (43" inches) with FireTV, etc., dining table and 2 chairs, towels, shower towels, shower rugs, 4 in 1 microwave with double grill and hot air oven, double induction hot plate, coffee maker, cafissimo capsule machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery for 2 people, pots, pans, sieve, cooking equipment, etc. Patio with lounge furniture in front of the conservatory. Charcoal grill with grill accessories in the garden. Parkingpossiblefor cars on the street, available in the vicinity. Parking on the property on request EUR 6.00/per night. Parkingpossible for scooters/motorcycle on the property, possibly for a fee. Location: Glashütten/Taunus - district of Schloßborn. Beautiful, very quiet place in the middle of the nature park Hochtaunus with high recreational value and about 2850 inhabitants. Distant views over the place! The beautiful Hochtaunus has to offer the highest air and water quality! Due to the absolutely quiet yet central location of the place, in the middle of Hesse and as a result in the middle of Germany, the place is an ideal starting point for a holiday stay as well as a professional stay. Frankfurt am Main, FRA airport and the main train station are only about 30 km away. Spa towns such as Bad Homburg v.d.H., Bad Soden, Königstein, Kronberg and Wiesbaden, Bad Nauheim, with their attractions and bathrooms are in the immediate vicinity . Also the Rhine, famous places, such as Rüdesheim am Rhein, the vineyards, etc. are only about 60 km away. The B8, A3, A5, A66 and A661 are reachable in a few km. Selters/Ts. is about 25 km away and can be reached via the B8 in about 20 minutes. Relax, hike, Nordic walking, cycling, swimming, feeling comfortable. From here you can experience the Taunus at its best. Dense forests, wildly romantic valleys, small streams, ponds, meadows and fields and many refreshments are waiting for nature lovers and outdoor friends. A well-developed network of trails with over 2,400 km of quality-tested hiking trails in the magnificent forest mountains. The apartment is about a 2-minute walk from the edge of the forest, directly on the Taunus-Schinderhannes Steig. In about 2 minutes walk you can reach a Ristorante/ Pizzeria with restaurant and delivery service as well as a stationery shop with mail, gift items, stationery, magazines and newspapers. A beautiful outdoor swimming pool with crystal clear, heated spring water large sunbathing lawn and shade-giving trees is only about 5 minutes walk away (open from mid-May to mid-September, entrance is not included in the apartment rental). In walking distance, about 5 minutes walk, there is a bakery with cafe, Italian ice cream, groceries and Hermes as well as another pizzeria with delivery service. There is also a doctor/general practitioner and a dentist in walking distance! Furthermore, there is a farm with farm shop and sales hut with 24 hour self-service. In glass huts/Ts., which is about 2 km away, which can also be reached on foot or by bus, all shopping facilities are incl. Rewe supermarket, Aldi (discount store), butchery, flower shop, pharmacy, doctors as well as various restaurants, a car.- Workshop and an Esso gas station available. Schloßborn is well connected to the area by public transport (bus). Distances approx.: B8 5 km, A3, A 661 24 km, Königstein 9 km (buses and S-Bahn), Eppstein 11 km (S-Bahn), Kronberg 14 km (S-Bahn), Bad Soden/Ts. 13 km (S-Bahn), Bad Homburg 24 km, Frankfurt am Main 33 km, Wiesbaden 28 km. We speak German and English. We also learned French and Italian at school, so language skills are available. Communication is also possible in other languages by means of technology. For a comfortable start, our guests can expect: A freshly cleaned apartment, with freshly made bed, fresh towels, shower towels, dishwashing towels, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, Zewa and cosmetic towels, salt/pepper, sugar, Coffee pods, instant coffee, condensed milk, paper towels. A house key is available for each guest. Suggestions for restaurants, excursions and links are available in printed form in the holiday home. Laundry service (also for personal laundry) can be booked on request at an additional cost. A cleaning service with bed linen and towels Change is available on request for an additional charge.
