Enjoy your stay in our newly built vacation home on the outskirts of downtown Nordhorn in the park-like, bicycle-friendly landscape of the county of Bentheim. In our modernly furnished vacation home with lake view, you can spend your vacation with up to six people. Here you will find an oasis of relaxation with sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace and cozy seating areas in the house and on the terrace. Notes on additional costs and fees: The rental rates are for 4 people. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed and bath linen as well as firewood can be ordered on request for a fee. Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture. No pets allowed. Parking is available free of charge. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with a large dining area and fireplace, as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool, shower and sauna. Also on the ground floor you will find the utility room with washer-dryer. A large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to linger. Next to the house is a lockable garden shed with an electrical connection for your bicycles. In the living area you can spend cozy hours with a glass of wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing delicious dishes. In the wellness bath with sauna, whirlpool and floor-level shower you can experience pure relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind. The underfloor heating completes the feel-good effect. An additional guest toilet is upstairs. There are also two bedrooms with double beds and a cozy sofa on the gallery. Our house is the ideal starting point for a trip by bicycle along the Fietsentour – a more than 1200 km long network of cycle paths through the county of Bentheim. Take boat tours on the Vechte or visit the local outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The city of Nordhorn attracts with cozy cafes and restaurants as well as shopping.
