You can spend your vacation with up to four people in our modernly furnished vacation home with a lake view. Here you will find an oasis of relaxation with a sauna, hot tub, fireplace and cozy seating areas in the house and on the terrace. Additional Fees & Fees Notes: Rental prices are for 4 persons. Electricity/water/heating is included. Bed and bath linen as well as firewood can be ordered for a fee on request. Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital maid guest card. One parking space is available for free. On the ground floor, next to a spacious kitchen-living room with large dining area and fireplace, the bathroom with jacuzzi, shower and sauna is located. Also on the first floor you will find the utility room with washer-dryer. A large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to linger. Next to the house is a lockable garden shed with an electrical connection for your bicycles. In the living area you can spend cozy hours with a glass of wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. In the spa with sauna, whirlpool bath and walk-in shower, you can experience pure relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind. Underfloor heating completes the feeling of comfort. An additional guest toilet can be found upstairs. There are also two bedrooms with double beds and a cozy sofa on the gallery. Our house is the ideal base for a bike trip along the Fietsentour – a network of bike paths over 750 miles long through the County of Bentheim.
