In our modernly furnished vacation home with a lake view, you can spend your vacation with up to four people. Here you will find an oasis of relaxation with a sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace and cozy seating areas in the house and on the terrace. Notes on additional costs and fees: The rental prices are for 4 people. Electricity, water, and heating are included. Bed and bath linen as well as firewood can be ordered on request for a fee. One parking space is available free of charge. On the ground floor, in addition to a spacious eat-in kitchen with a large dining area and fireplace, there is the bathroom with a Jacuzzi, shower and sauna. You will also find the utility room with washer-dryer on the ground floor. A large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to linger. Next to the house is a lockable garden shed with an electrical connection for your bicycles. In the living area, you can spend cozy hours with a glass of wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing delicious dishes. In the spa with sauna, whirlpool bath and walk-in shower, you can experience pure relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind. Underfloor heating completes the feeling of comfort. Our house is the ideal starting point for a bike trip along the Fietsentour – a network of bike paths over 1,200 km long through the county of Bentheim.
