Look forward to your holiday in our cosy holiday flat and exploring the Upper Palatinate countryside with its many lakes (Upper Palatinate Lake District), the Naab Valley, hiking in the Bavarian Jura or on the Kuluturellen Plain. The space Your comfortably furnished *** holiday flat is 70 m2 in size and is located on the top floor of our office building in Burglengenfeld Vorstadt West with private access. On entering the flat you will find yourself in an open-plan hallway and dining area, which is furnished with a large table and 4 cosy wicker chairs as well as 2 cupboards, in one of the two cupboards there is a room safe. Adjacent is a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, egg cooker and the corresponding kitchen utensils. In the living area you will find a cosy L-shaped sofa bed and a comfortable TV armchair with reclining function (body pressure adjustment). A flat screen is of course available. If required, a guest bed (190/080 cm) is available in the living area for a third person. The separate bedroom has a double bed (190/190 cm) with an open foot end and reading lamps above the bed on both sides. The wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your clothes. The spacious bathroom has a shower (90/90 cm), a bathtub, WC and a large washbasin for your toiletries. A towel dryer, make-up mirror and hairdryer are of course part of the basic equipment. Outside the flat there is a cloakroom and a storage room with a small cupboard.
