The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a single bed, as well as a wardrobe. The bright, spacious living room with a sofa corner and a second double bed and TV offers comfort. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub/toilet and a washing machine. A seating area in the garden invites you to barbecue on warm summer evenings. Location: The nearest larger town, Neuburg, is located between the Hanseatic cities of Wismar (13 km) and Rostock (55 km). The Baltic Sea island of Poel, with its lively sandy beaches, secluded natural beaches, and idyllic Baltic Sea bike paths, is just a few minutes away by car. The surrounding area is characterized by lush green meadows, cows and sheep, and beautiful forests. Baltic Sea Beach: The natural beach of the Salzhaff, a shallow Baltic Sea bay ideal for families with small children and water sports enthusiasts, is only 17 km away. The wide, fine sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik is approximately 24 km away. On the beach: Bicycle ferry, boat rentals, snack bar, and surf school. Leisure/Surroundings: A playground is located directly in front of the manor house. Children can enjoy pony rides in the neighborhood upon request. The Ihlow Cultural Workshop (neighboring town) is open daily for visits. The natural meadows and forests are home to many small ponds that are ideal for fishing. The lively Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik (29 km) and Kühlungsborn (35 km) offer wide, white sandy beaches, piers, beach promenades, restaurants and cafés, a shopping mile, cinema, water sports center, supermarket, post office, bank, gas station, and golf course. The Hanseatic city of Wismar, with its beautiful old town and harbor, restaurants and cafés, cinema, zoo, and Wonnemar water park, is about a 15-minute drive away.
