The space The approx. 16 sqm small holiday room for max. 2 persons is located on the ground floor of a residential outbuilding on the owner's 940 sqm residential property within a quiet residential area in a central location. The Baltic Sea beach is about 800 m away, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are within a radius of 500 m. It is equipped with a combined living/sleeping room (2 upholstered couches, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, dining area), a kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is heated by electric heating. There is a furnished outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities and a car park. The total price includes final cleaning as well as water and electricity consumption. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. Pets are not permitted. The Ostseebad Zinnowitz is a state-recognised health resort and is therefore subject to a spa tax (payable on site). The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, with its wide sandy beach and promenade lined with villas worth seeing, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a well-developed network of cycle paths, tennis courts and thermal baths make for a varied holiday. There are regular spa and cultural programmes in summer. The highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed on the open-air theatre throughout the summer. The town also has a 300 metre long pier with a diving gondola. From here, boat trips can be made to other seaside resorts as far away as Poland. Can comfortably fit up to 2 people
