The thatched tasteful cottage (non-smoking house) is located in a small very quiet side street not far from the village center, at the same time it is only a few steps to the Kleve promenade with views of the North Baltic Sea Canal and to the hiking trails through forest and field. Other things to note Small idyllic property with grown garden and old tree and plant populations, covered, semi-open terrace with garden furniture, open with views to the garden. Throughout the house there are only tiles or wooden floors, a long hallway for the street shoes and a large "slipper area" for pleasant living without carpet. To guarantee a pleasant living climate, the Kate ( no high ceilings) is rented exclusively to non-smokers.
