The approx. 45 square metre non-smoking apartment with separate entrance and central heating is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, sitting area, flat screen TV, radio) with open kitchen (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC).
