Only 5 minutes to the city center and train station: The excellent location of the suite allows you to reach both the city center and the train station in just 5 minutes on foot. This gives you the ideal starting point for exploring Wetzlar while enjoying the tranquillity and beauty of the riverside location. Right on the river: the large balcony offers a picturesque view of the Lahn. An ideal place to unwind and enjoy the idyllic river landscape. Well-equipped kitchen: The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy, including a NESPRESSO machine for your morning coffee. Extra sleeping accommodation: In addition to the comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom, the living room offers a cozy sofa bed and matching armchairs, ideal for relaxing evenings or extra guests. Extra services: - Late check-out can be booked for an additional charge, subject to availability - We also offer cleaning services during your stay for an extra charge. Mandatory registration: A copy of ID and contact details are required before check-in, as there is a registration requirement in Germany Check-out time: A fee of €50 will be charged for check-outs after 10am that have not been agreed. This covers overtime of the cleaning staff, key management and cleaning service planning Residential area: The property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to avoid excessive noise Parties: No stag parties, hen parties or similar parties are held in this house Smoking: Smoking in the apartment except on the balcony is prohibited (Additional 250€ cleaning fee to remove odor and stains)! Loss of keys and damage: If you damage the accommodation or lose the keys or do not put them back in the key box, you will be charged 400€!
