The approx. 60 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment has a separate entrance and insect screens on the windows and is spread over two floors. In the lower area there is a large kitchen, modernised in 2022 (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and behind it the bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine). A relatively steep staircase leads to the living room (couch, flat-screen TV) and two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room (each with a double bed and lake view). In addition, there is a new, covered and modern furnished terrace, car park, bicycle storage, 2 bicycles for hire for a fee, barbecue and another nice sitting area in the garden. Final cleaning, electricity and water costs are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Wellness offers (by arrangement), laundry package (if desired), bicycle (if desired) 10 EUR/day. Pets are not allowed in this property.
