Other things to note In the historic half-timbered house of our four-sided courtyard from the 18th century, we offer a fully equipped apartment with 4 rooms, kitchen and bathroom on 125 square meters. From single travelers to groups of 6, everyone should be able to feel comfortable. Under the motto 'Province is where we are - from the affluent suburbs of the Bavarian state capital to the village in Upper Franconia', we bought our farm in Bad Rodach in 2021 and have since been working on transforming the historic farm ensemble into a cultural and meeting place for painters, writers and other travelers. We love to host and to let our guests participate in our creative life as painters and writers. As hosts, we live on the farm and are there for you and your (extra) wishes. Contact us. In addition to the former stable building in the east, which we have converted and moved into as our residential stable, we offer plenty of space and sufficient weather protection for open-air events under the arcade in the west during the summer months. The bat cinema, readings, concerts or just a cozy get-together take place regularly. The barn with its open historic roof truss makes a wonderful space for exhibitions, art performances or photo sessions. At the moment it is still 'unfinished', and is used in its original charm as an exhibition space. We are planning further.......
