Other things to note In the historic half-timbered house of our 18th century, we offer a fully equipped apartment with 4 rooms, kitchen and bathroom on 125 sqm. From single travelers to groups of 6 people, everyone should be able to feel comfortable. Under the motto 'Province is where we are - from the bacon belt of the Bavarian capital to the village in Upper Franconia' in 2021, we bought our farm in Bad Rodach and have been working since then to transform the historic court ensemble into a cultural and meeting place for painters, writers and other travelers. We love hosting and sharing our guests with our creative lives as a painter and writer. As a host we live on the farm and are there for you and your (extra)wishes. Just give us a call. We may be able to make much of what is not listed here. In addition to the former stable building in the east, which we have converted and occupied as our living stable, we offer plenty of space under the arcade in the west during the summer months and enough weather protection for open-air events. The bat cinema, readings, concerts or even cozy get-together take place regularly. The barn with its open historic roof truss creates a wonderful space for exhibitions, art performances, or photo sessions. At the moment, it is still 'unworked', and is used as an exhibition space in its original charm. We're continuing to plan.......
