The space Our vacation home is located in the Upper Rodachtal in the middle of the Franconian Forest - one of the most beautiful low mountain regions in Germany and awarded the quality seal of quality region "Wanderbare Deutschland". With its far-reaching hiking trails and the excellent "32 FrankenwaldSteigla", the Franconian Forest is the ideal starting point for hikes of various requirements. Hop on to one of the best hiking areas in Germany. Some of the most famous hiking trails start directly in the immediate vicinity, such as the Rennsteig or the 12 Apostel Weg (Award Wanderbare Deutschland). If you like it faster, the Franconian Forest offers 8000 meters of altitude and 300 kilometers of challenging routes for mountain biking. A temptation for those who want to demand their fitness and technology. Our cottage is located on the outskirts of Wallenfels in a very quiet residential area, and offers a good starting point for hikes and bike rides.
