Our apartment is an idyllic retreat for peace seekers and wellness lovers – we ask for your understanding that we do not accept reservations from party seekers, bachelor parties or noisy groups of people. The penthouse presents itself in a modern design and has all amenities that make life enjoyable and can accommodate 6 guests. The elevator will take you directly to the floor of the apartment. Here you will find a total of 105 m² penthouse with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and bathtub (without whirlpool function) this function is deactivated. Living room, kitchen, guest bathroom and laundry room. Spacious window fronts open up breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and let in plenty of natural light. The living space captivates with its open design and great amenities. You can start your day with a delicious coffee from the fully automatic coffee machine and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this penthouse. A spacious roof terrace invites you to linger outdoors and offers space for social hours with family and friends. Relax after an eventful day in your own sauna or unwind in the jacuzzi while enjoying the sunset over the Aggertalsperre. The two bedrooms have cozy king size double beds. In the living room you will find a large dining area for 6 people as well as a cozy sitting area with large smart TV including HD TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, in addition with a bathtub for two and a sauna. The unit is rounded off by a guest toilet. Important: The penthouse is not conducive for party seekers or bachelor parties etc. Our penthouse is the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation and not suitable for parties or loud bachelor parties to ensure the protection and tranquility of our neighbors. Location: Enjoy the privileged location of this property, which is close to the Aggertal Dam. This invites you to swim in summer. Surrounded by untouched nature and idyllic countryside, this location offers pure peace and relaxation. The surrounding hiking trails invite you to take long walks and relaxing nature experiences. Guest access The entire penthouse apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! Other things to note We provide premium bedding, fresh towels and all the essentials like shower gel & shampoo. In addition, the penthouse has a modern washer-dryer. Additional services: - Late check-outs are subject to availability and can be booked at an extra cost. - Cleaning during the stay can also be booked at an extra cost - The use of the outdoor jacuzzi is not permitted from 10 pm to 8 am in consideration of the night's rest. The BBQ grill must be cleaned by the guests after use - appropriate equipment is available. For a failed grill cleaning we charge €50 additional cleaning fee. A registration form must be completed before check-in.
