Bathing is possible at the Großer Pälitzsee about 150 metres away. There are several outdoor seating areas, a sunbathing area, a barbecue, a central laundry room, a common room, bicycle storage and a car park. The holiday apartment is located separately on the upper floor of the residential and holiday home. It is equipped with a combined living/bedroom with upholstered furniture, double bed, TV, radio, a kitchen with electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dining area and various kitchen appliances as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. There is also central heating and a cot that can be added. The following services are included in the total price: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy.
