Welcome to the world-famous gemstone town of Idar-Oberstein. We rent out our modern furnished apartment, which was completely renovated from autumn 2023 to mid-February 2024 except for the windows. The apartment is located in the Idar-Oberstein district of Nahbollenbach and is beautifully and luxuriously furnished. Behind the entrance you will find an open kitchen/living room area that allows direct contact with your roommate/partner. Behind the 2-piece, 290 cm high The space glass sliding door you can reach the sleeping area where we can also set up a baby cot if desired. Since the kitchen/living room area has 3 large windows, the apartment is very bright. The apartment is about 50 m², located on the ground floor of a 3-family house with a separate entrance. Large living room with air conditioning, leather furniture, 60-inch flat screen TV, bedroom with 180 x 200 cm double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, free Wi-Fi, fitted kitchen with island dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, oven/microwave, induction stovetop, refrigerator, radio, iron/ironing board. The answer is quite simple: We, that is, my husband and I, bought the house in 2021, in which for approx. a flower shop had been located for 25 years exactly where the beautiful apartment was now built. Due to age, the owner of the flower shop terminated the lease in the summer of 2023, and we thought it would be a good idea to turn the flower shop into a vacation apartment. Since I worked as a kitchen designer for a good 20 years, I was very happy to accept this challenge. Well, after we have invested several hundred hours in "this property" and I look at the result, I am overjoyed. Our goal is for all our guests to feel "right at home" in the flower house and to come back to us again.
