From here you can go cycling and hiking in the Retztal or in the vineyards. Würzburg can be reached in 12 minutes by train and offers numerous sights and culinary offers. In the village, there are shops and restaurants. 300 meters away is the pilgrimage church “Maria im grünen Tal” with the Marienbrünnlein and a health garden. The space The vacation home with 150 m² of living space has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and can therefore accommodate 1-8 people. Pets are welcome. On the first floor, there is a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room for cleaning your clothes. For a cozy stay, the 1st the living room, the small balcony and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area invite you to linger. A separate toilet (shower toilet) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks can also be found there. Other sleeping options are available on the 2nd floor. One of the two bedrooms has access to the upper garden with a small terrace and to the attic, which also has a double bed. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The bedroom in the attic has air conditioning, which can also supply the bedrooms below with cool air. The staircase to the bedroom in the attic under the roof is located in one of the bedrooms below. The two rooms are therefore not completely separate from each other. Use the TV with cable connection in the living room. In addition, there is free Internet at your disposal (Wi-Fi and wired connection in each room). In the spacious lockable courtyard, there is still enough space for your vehicle, which you can safely park here (entrance height 3.05 meters), in addition to the seating area and the grill.
