The renovated half-timbered house is located in the Maintal on the outskirts of Retzbach, at the foot of the Benediktushöhe. From here you can go cycling and hiking in the Retztal or in the vineyards. Würzburg can be reached in 12 minutes by train and offers numerous sights and culinary offers. In the village, there are shops and restaurants. 300 meters away is the pilgrimage church “Maria im grünen Tal” with the Marienbrünnlein and a health garden. The space The holiday home with 150 m2 of living space has 4 bedrooms each with a double bed, so it can accommodate 1-8 people. Pets are welcome. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, toilet and sink. For cleaning your clothes, a washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room. On the 1st floor, the living room, the small balcony and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area invite you to linger comfortably. A separate toilet (shower toilet) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks can also be found there. More sleeping options are on the 2nd floor. One of the two bedrooms has access to the upper garden with small terrace and to the pointed floor, which also has a double bed. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The bedroom in the attic has air conditioning, which can also supply the bedrooms below with cool air. The stairs to the bedroom in the pointed floor under the roof are in one of the bedrooms below. So the two rooms are not completely separated from each other. Use the TV with cable in the living room. There is also a free internet at your disposal (Wi-Fi and LAN connection in each room). In the spacious lockable courtyard, next to the sitting area and the barbecue, there is still enough space for your vehicle, which you can safely park here (driveway height 3.05 meters).
