It is only about 200 metres to the Müritz and about 1 km to the harbour. The accommodation is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, dining area, SAT/TV, radio with CD player), a bedroom (double bed and single bed), an open-plan kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, coffee machine) and a bathroom (shower/WC), central heating. There is also an iron and an ironing board. There is a travel cot, a balcony, an outdoor seating area, a barbecue and a car park. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and is payable locally: Resort tax. Pets are not allowed in this property. The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
