Luxurious living with connection to the center

You will stay in a 129 m² apartment in a beautifully renovated villa in the 18th district. The apartment covers the entire 1st floor and offers you: A large entrance area, 2 bedrooms with large double beds, a large living area, a dining room and a new fully equipped kitchen with its own dining area. In addition, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets are available. The tram is a 5-minute walk away and takes you to the city center of Vienna in 15 minutes. The space So we have two bedrooms with one is quite big there are artworks on the wall and some antic furniture around the room. It comes with a big bathroom. Second one smaller bedroom with very good lighting and a view of our street. You will have a bathroom with a jacuzzi for the second bedroom but not in the room it's near the kitchen. Our living room is quite big we have a comfortable table in the middle you can work there if you are working online or sit with all your family and friends. In the living room, you will see a lot of antic furniture as well my favorite is our big throne in front of the tv. It will be quite shocking when you see it first :) Guest access You will have access to all the rooms in the apartment. Other than that in our building, we have a back garden you can access that as well. Other things to note It's not very often in Vienna but near us, there is a 24-hour open little grocery store so anytime you need something you will be able to find essential things easily. Other than that in the day we have another grocery store called Hofer just 3 min walk from our apartment.
