The space The 77 square meter apartment (plus attic with approx. 30 square meters of floor space!) is located on the upper floor of a semi-detached house and was extensively renovated in 2024. (Almost) everything is new, lovingly selected and put together. The apartment is bright and modern. Of course, there is fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit). All outlets are equipped with child protection. The stairs to the attic can be secured from both above and below with an extendable protective grille for children. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street with very little traffic and a one to two-family house development. Nevertheless, you are in no time at the Reinfeld highway junction, from where you can reach Lübeck in 10 minutes and Hamburg in 30 minutes. Our goal is to equip the apartment with everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Keys can be conveniently removed from the key box. We will send you the code in good time before your arrival. If you prefer a personal welcome with a small introduction to the apartment, please let us know. Use the washing machine and dryer in the basement. For our little guests, we offer a travel bed and high chair free of charge. As our guests, you can also use a large part of the beautifully landscaped garden in the outdoor area next to the spacious carport. In the new garden pavilion you can spend cozy hours. On the lawn, you and your children can play, sunbathe or just have a picnic Fancy a barbecue? No problem - we provide our guests with a chic gas grill. Barbecue utensils? Gas bottle? Everything is there! We send all guests a list of things you will find with us in advance, so you do not have to bring them with you (email address required). We offer all our guests free towels and linens. Of course, we have thought about your safety. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. You'll also find a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket within easy reach. Guest access You have the entire apartment on the upper floor and the converted attic to yourselves. You can reach the apartment via the front door and a staircase to the upper floor. The keys are available through a key box right next to the front door. Behind the carport is the garden, a large part of which you can use. In the yard there is a large carport where a parking space is reserved for you. Are you bringing your bikes or e-bikes? Great - you can store them safely and weatherproof in the lockable shed. Please note that the passage with 2.5 meters wide is quite narrow. For "normal" cars this is not a problem, but very wide SUVs may not "get through". No problem - just park in the driveway. Due to the proximity to the train station and thus the "Hamburg commuters" do not park permanently, the entire residential area is a "4-hour parking area." So you can park on the street for 4 hours with a parking disc. Please do not park your vehicle on the sidewalk (according to the legislature) – the public order office often checks the 4-hour zone and thus also whether you are standing on the sidewalk... Other things to note The attic has a floor area of 30 square meters. Due to the sloping roofs, these square meters are not included in the living area of 77 square meters. The stairs up are safe and professional. However, please be aware that the stairs from the apartment to the attic are not suitable for toddlers or people with walking difficulties. Of course, we offer you a gate at the top and bottom of the stairs. Simply pull it out and hook it in - done.
