The apartment includes a spacious, open-plan living-dining and cooking area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 2 modern TVs and the high-quality furnishings of the apartment invite you to relax. All rooms have underfloor heating and real wood floors. You can go from both the living room and both bedrooms to the 25 m² furnished, sunny and wind-protected terrace and enjoy the view of the Jenner. Children are very welcome here. The space Washer and dryer are not in the apartment, but in the designated laundry room in the Basement. There is a charge of 5 euros per wash and dry cycle (detergent included). Parking in the underground garage also costs 5 euros per night. Please pay in cash upon arrival.
