An atmosphere to enjoy A washing machine is available for you free of charge in the utility room. Our little guests will find entertaining board games, books and toys here. The cottage has two air conditioning units that, as an alternative to the stylish wood-burning stove, provide cozy warmth or ensure pleasant sleeping temperatures on hot summer days. Your hosts, the Friedrich family, look forward to seeing you soon! The space Enjoy the comfort of the bright and very spacious living area, which is equipped with a wood-burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. A small work area for possible home office use completes the offer. Our cottage has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people. In the bedroom there is a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm (a cot if needed), and in the children's room there is a bed measuring 140 x 200 cm and another one measuring 90 x 200 cm. If needed, a pull-out sofa in the living area can accommodate at least one more guest. The bathroom with infrared ceiling heating has a barrier-free shower and is modernly equipped with a hair dryer and a makeup mirror. Additionally, there is another toilet in the house. Unfortunately, smoking and bringing pets are not allowed, as this is an allergy-friendly apartment. The village of Neukenroth, with a population of 900, is nestled among the wooded mountains of the Franconian Forest in the wide Haßlach Valley. It offers a perfect retreat for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation, far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. The lovingly and stylishly furnished property is in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village with unobstructed views of the surrounding nature. Small village, wide range of offerings Within walking distance, you can reach the bakery in the center of the village, which sells everyday essentials, as well as the butcher shop. In the neighboring village, you will find a variety of supermarkets and other places to shop. Pure relaxation in the outdoor area The large terrace with comfortable garden furniture, as well as a campfire area and grill, invite you to enjoy cozy evenings outdoors. During the summer months, an above-ground garden pool provides the necessary refreshment. A sandbox, a soccer field and some vehicles such as a go-kart, tractor, scooter and children's bike ensure that the kids won't get bored. You can park your car right at your doorstep and, if you brought your own bicycles, you can securely store them in a garage across the street.
