The space Our vacation home has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people. In the bedroom there is a double bed measuring 180 x 200 m (a toddler bed if needed), in the children's room there is a bed measuring 140 x 200 m and another measuring 90 x 200 m. If needed, a pull-out sofa in the living area provides space for at least one additional guest. The bathroom with infrared ceiling heating has an accessible shower and is modernly furnished with a hairdryer and a makeup mirror. In addition, there is another toilet in the house. A washing machine is available for you free of charge in the utility room. The little guests will find entertaining board games, books and toys here. The cottage has two air conditioning units that, as an alternative to the stylish Swedish stove, provide cozy warmth or ensure pleasant sleeping temperatures on hot summer days. The village of Neukenroth, with a population of 900, is nestled among the wooded mountains of the Franconian Forest in the wide Haßlachtal valley. It offers a perfect retreat for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation far from the hustle and bustle and noise. The lovingly and modernly furnished accommodation is in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. Small community, great offerings Within walking distance, you can reach the bakery in the town center with everyday products as well as the butcher shop. In the neighboring town, there are a variety of supermarkets and other shopping opportunities.
