The second main floor bedroom features a queen bed with a full bath just across the hall. The main living area room is open concept to the dining room with plenty of comfy seating and space to spread out. The dining table seats eight and can be extended to seat ten. Attached to the living area is a sun-room featuring a daybed for an extra sleeping space, as well as an additional table and chairs - perfect for game nights, puzzles or a kids' dining area. The galley kitchen is small but mighty - and totally renovated in 2021 with brand new appliances and cabinetry. Here you will find everything you need to feel right at home - a brand new coffee station that brews ground coffee as well as K-Cups, a large air-fryer/toaster oven, filtered water and ice in the fridge as well as an Instant Pot so dinner will be ready when you arrive home from the beach.
