Renovated to the highest specification with classic Tuscan charm. We built this home for us, Florence locals who now live abroad, for when we go back home, but with 5* hotel standards: a King bed with Hypnos mattress (used by the British Royal Household), ultra-fast Wifi, 50 inch flat-screen TV, mini fridge. Essentials and toiletries are provided. Air conditioning will refresh you in hot summer days. Complementary Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus subscription on our flat Smart TVs. Guest access The address is between Via del Corso and Via Dante Alighieri, in the most central part of Florence (2 minutes walk from Piazza Signoria, Piazza Duomo, and Piazza della Repubblica, 6min from Ponte Vecchio). It literally doesn't get any more central than this! The house is 15 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station (even faster by taxi!). We strongly recommend guests to leave the car outside the city centre (for example, at the large parking at the train station), as streets are narrow in the city centre, filled with tourists, and it is easy to be fined if you take the wrong turn. While not recommended to enter the centre with a car, Garage del Bargello is the closest private parking to the home, advance booking required (3 min walk). Other things to note Complementary Snacks, water, slippers, luxury shampoo/conditioner, vanity kit, towels included in your room upon arrival. Full cleaning, sanitization and change of towels/blankets of the property is completed before arrival and after check-out (not daily). We offer the possibility to leave your luggage at the entrance of the property. The luggage will be unsupervised, but its in the private entrance of the Penthouse, and the entrance has a 24/7 security camera (there are no cameras inside the rooms, just at the entrance of the hallway outside of the suites for security of luggages) in a safe Palazzo. We love Florence and we love this Planet. Dimora le Torri combines Luxury with Sustainability: we only use electricity from renewable sources, offset every year over 5ton of carbon (and plant 100 trees per year), and have renovated the entire property to be energy efficient (only LED lights, double glazes windows, AAA electrical equipment, and energy consumption sensors).
