Our Lofts are full of charm in an iconic building in Charbonnières-les-Bains, a former Citroën Garage, with its facade decorated with a mythical stained glass window. Can you guess which car this is? Refurbished, with neat and modern decor. - The place is AIR-CONDITIONED - Free and secure PARKING space in a garage It is equipped with: - A living room, with fully equipped open KITCHEN (a few coffee capsules, tea bags, dishwashing liquid, dish towels and sponges provided), - "Classic" NESPRESSO coffee maker. Capsule easily found in stores, - A LIVING ROOM area with a comfortable sofa bed (no shutter or blackout curtain in this room), - A SMART TV with NETFLIX, TNT... - PRO INTERNET access via Wi-Fi (speed up to 5.3 Gbit/s), - A BEDROOM equipped with a 160 bed with quality bedding, storage, a small cozy READING corner, - Beds are made on arrival with hotel sheets. Possibility of providing a crib with mattress and house linens, high chair and a potty (an extra charge per night will be requested). - BATHROOM with large shower, vanity, toilet and storage (hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel available). - BATHROBES, TOWELS, BATH MATS provided, - Separate toilet, - OPTIONAL (€80 - on request): Bottle of GOSSET Grande Réserve champagne + 2/4 glasses of champagne, This is a loft, an apartment furnished in a former industrial site with character. We have equipped our Lofts with large skylights, but there is no direct window to the outside, only a velux in the bedroom. Guest access - Independent and AUTONOMOUS entrance, - Secure indoor PARKING, - Access to the garage and simple LOFT from the street, - Sign on the facade allowing you to find your accommodation, - An exit inventory will be carried out after your departure. For any missing or broken items, your security deposit will be deducted, - All access information will be communicated to you on the morning of your arrival. Other things to note Its location is ideal, indeed: • Only 15 minutes from Lyon. Bus lines (5 and 86) and train station (Charbonnière-Les-Bains) nearby. Close to the M6 and A89 highway • Close to TECHLID and major schools (EM Lyon, École Central, Institut Paul Bocuse, Digital Campus, etc.) Only 500 meters away: • A commercial hub with: bakery, press, pharmacy... • A health center with: Medical and Paramedical Offices and Medical Analysis Laboratory. • A Gastronomic hub with Les Halles de L'Ouest bringing together prestigious brands such as: Bouillet, Cellerier, Veyssière, Chapoutier…, restaurants including a 200 m2 festive Rooftop, run by Chef Gauvreau (former 2-star chef). Other things to note: • No pets allowed, • No smoking allowed, • Parties and events are strictly prohibited in the apartment, • A €50 cleaning fee is automatically added to your stay and is not optional.
