Located on a 5,000 m² property in the heart of the Cévennes, with panoramic views and in absolute tranquility, you will find the Gîte Le Belvédère Cévenol and its Villa EDEN. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed for safety reasons. You will have access to the 6x4 heated pool from June 1 to September 1 (depending on the weather), which is completely private. No children are allowed on the property, which ensures privacy and a quiet stay. A pool bar with ice machine and fridge. This accommodation also features a fully fenced outdoor area with an electric gate, a private space to park your vehicle directly in front of the entrance, and a private Weber charcoal grill for grilling. Accommodation amenities: air conditioning, wood-burning stove, underfloor heating/cooling, hairdryer, Orange Internet TV, tea kettle and bean and filter coffee machines, equipped kitchens, oven, microwave, cooktop, juicer, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, Weber charcoal grill. You will feel at home as the equipment is complete! In the rate is included the supply of extra quality linens, cotton satin linens, bath towels & pool provided. For reasons of hygiene, safety and preservation of water quality, street clothes, dresses, tunics, leggings, shorts not intended for swimming and other covering outfits such as the burkini and any full-body covering outfit are prohibited in the pool. For women, only classic one- or two-piece swimwear specifically designed for swimming is allowed. This rule is part of the pool usage regulations and applies to all our guests. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Due to various problems, we require a security deposit of 1,500 euros upon arrival, in the form of a bank card imprint (imprint similar to that made when renting a vehicle). For reasons of hygiene, safety and preservation of water quality, street clothes, dresses, tunics, leggings, shorts not intended for swimming and other covering outfits such as the burkini and any full-body covering outfit are prohibited in the pool.
