These 2 gites are separated by a wide hallway and a service room and have access to private terraces (located on 2 different facades for privacy) with views of the lake and mountains. On the ground floor: - a living room of 60m² with its large glass windows opening onto the lake and a large covered terrace. - Bedroom 1 (180x200 bed) with lake view - bedroom 2 (180 x 200 bed that can be separated into 2 90 beds) - a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a double sink. - a self-catering toilet Upstairs in attic: - a mezzanine with a small living room - Bedroom 3 (180x200 bed that can be separated into 2 beds of 90) - Bedroom 4 (180x200 bed that can be separated into 2 beds of 90) These 2 bedrooms are accessible by stepping over a beam. On the terraces: - a lounge area - a dining area - BBQ and most importantly, the views of the lake and the surrounding mountains and sometimes the visit of the swans! The park: there is space, 6000m² entirely bordered by the natural lake of glacial origin of Barbazan. Right next to the gîte, you have free access to a tennis court, mini-golf, ping-pong table, basketball hoop... During the summer holidays, we only accept reservations of 7, 14, 21... days with a check-in on Saturdays exclusively. The security deposit is returned on the day of checkout. - The price includes general cleaning, only the kitchen must be returned perfectly clean and tidy (otherwise a fee of €50 will be charged). - No pets allowed - Infants should be under increased parental supervision as access to the lake is not secure - Please let us know if you have an electric vehicle. - During the summer holidays, only reservations lasting 7, 14 or 21 days... with check-in Saturdays are accepted. -Towels and bed linen are provided - Espresso machine with ground coffee or flat paper pods such as "Senseo"
