Studio of 25 m2 + 8 m2 terrace (in Héliopolis) with parking (in Héliovillage). Sea view (3rd floor). Fully equipped. Located above Glam Beach (MUSIC from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.). Staircase giving direct access to the beach, located 20 meters away. 160 cm bed. Garbage cans must be emptied, dishwasher emptied and dishes put away. Linens (sheets, towels, tea towel, beach towels) can be provided. The space Spacious studio with all necessary amenities (murphy bed). Please note that you are simply asked to accompany the bed when it closes to avoid a slam (risks). Other things to note IMPORTANT: Hold the bed when closing it vertically.
