"La Maison des Roses" Gîte

In the heart of Champagne, between the Côte-Des-Blancs and La Montagne de Reims, La Maison des Roses is located in the charming village of Athis, between Epernay (15kms), Châlons-en-Champagne (20kms) and Reims (20kms). Ideal for discovering the riches of the Champagne Vineyard (Champagne Cellars, museum...) less than 10 minutes from the prestigious Avenue de Champagne as well as the discovery of nature, walk from the cottage not far from the Marne and the cycle route for the more athletic. The space The cottage has a large garden (not enclosed) open to the surrounding countryside and a large parking lot. The house is entirely on one level and has a large living room with lounge (sofa bed for 2 people), dining room (with pellet stove) and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment and utensils. You also have a desk area. You will also discover the 3 double bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with a 160 double bed - 1 bedroom with a 160 double bed - 1 bedroom with single beds of 80 (which can be joined together to make a bed of 160, on request at the time of booking). A bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet complete the gîte. For children, a baby monitor is made available by the owners. For your convenience, the rental rate includes linens (beds made on arrival) and charges. The cleaning fee is €60 (mandatory). Towels are at the rate of €5 per person. A reinforced socket for electric vehicle recharges is available (€10 per recharge). Self-check-in is possible.
