The French window in the living room which overlooks the covered balcony always offers a splendid lake view and guarantees a very bright and welcoming environment. The living room includes a large sofa, a dining area with counter and stools and a well-equipped open kitchen. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe and a second bedroom with two single beds, both with direct access to the back balcony. Directly in front of the complex is a beautiful garden where you can bring the apartment's sun loungers and enjoy the lake breeze. There is a parking space reserved for you, but it is strictly forbidden to charge your electric car with the house's electricity. From the garden you reach the public beach and then the private pier of the residence.
