Charming 3-bed Cottage, Sleeps 5 -Edge of Exmoor

The East Wing Cottage at Little Bray House - this characterful 3-bedroom cottage, part of a historic Devon farmhouse on the edge of Exmoor. With spacious living accommodation in what was the old Estate Offices the cottage has three bedrooms (sleeps 5), a large living/dining area and well equipped kitchen. We have plenty of space to relax and walk around the gardens and even friendly chickens, nearby woodland walks plus we are a very short drive from the wild expanse of Exmoor National park. The space The space is clean and spacious. Three bedrooms, one single, a twin and a double. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a over/grill and hob. The bathroom is beautifully equipped with original fittings including a cast iron bath, and brass taps. All our cottages have superfast Wi-Fi (approx 100mbs). Dedicated work area in the East Wing cottage shown in the photos is part of the living room with desk, lamp, USB sockets and ready access to Wi-Fi. The TV includes access to an Amazon Fire Stick with BBC iPlayer readily available, plus you are welcome to login to any other TV services with your own logins - but please remember to log out when you leave! This wing used to be the estate office and is one of the oldest parts of Little Bray House with some nice features, including original floors and ceilings... which are a little less straight than modern ones might be! New from summer 2026 - Grass Tennis Court. Refurbished and taking some time to establish, but we hope playable for the 2026 high season! IMPORTANT - there is a narrow spiral staircase to the first floor and bedrooms which will not be suitable for persons with poor mobility. Guest access The entire cottage is let as a private unit to guests. This is in the "East Wing" of Little Bray House with large and peaceful gardens.
