La Villa Lyne, a modern 137 m² one-story house, and its 1000 m² garden welcomes you. Perfect for memorable moments for families or groups of friends, enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the surrounding nature. The space The villa includes: • 4 comfortable bedrooms: o Parent Suite: 160 cm bed, dressing room, bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and separate toilet. o Bedroom 2: 140cm bed with fitted closet. o Bedroom 3: Two 90cm single beds with fitted closet. o Bedroom 4: 140cm bed with fitted closet. • Living spaces: o Living / Dining room: Large 52m2 space open to a fully equipped kitchen. o Terraces: Two terraces, one covered and the other with pergola, equipped with a garden furniture, an outdoor table and a barbecue. • Comfortable and Convenients: o Air conditioning in every room for peaceful naps and nights. o Extra bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet. o Fiber Wifi connection. o Laundry room with washer and dryer. Relax in a Quiet Environment: The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden, perfect for relaxing with peace of mind among olive trees and vines. Share moments of conviviality on the 2 terraces, one covered and the other with pergola, for your alfresco meals or BBQ evenings. An umbrella bed is available free of charge upon request. Check in from 4pm and check out before 11am. Linens (sheets and towels) are included in the reservation, no need to bring them. As a bonus, the beds will be made upon your arrival, ideal for late arrivals and/or those with children.
