The space The villa includes: • 4 comfortable bedrooms: o Master Suite: 160 cm bed, dressing room, bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and separate toilet. o Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed with fitted closet. o Bedroom 3: Two single beds of 90 cm with fitted closet. o Bedroom 4: 140 cm bed with fitted closet. • Living Spaces: o Living/Dining Room: Large 52 m² space open to a fully equipped kitchen. o Terraces: Two terraces, one covered and the other with pergola, equipped with garden furniture, outdoor table and barbecue. • Comfort and Amenities: o Air conditioning in every room for peaceful naps and nights. o Additional bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet. o Fiber optic Wi-Fi connection. o Laundry room with washer and dryer. Relax in a quiet environment: The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden, perfect for relaxing in peace among the olive trees and vines. Share moments of conviviality on the 2 terraces, one covered and the other with pergola, for your outdoor meals or barbecue evenings. A travel cot is available free of charge upon request. Check-in from 4 p.m. and check-out before 11 a.m. Linens (sheets and towels) are included in the reservation, no need to bring them. As a bonus, the beds will be made upon your arrival, ideal for late check-ins and/or with children.
