Unit has been newly renovated and is on Ocean Blvd. at Hampton Beach, NH. It’s away from the very active part of Hampton Beach, only a few min. away by walk to all the entertainment, shops, & restaurants. The incredible beach is right across the street. There is a queen bed and a single bed pull out. Certainly enough for a couple or someone with one child or friend. There is on site parking for 1 car in plenty of paid parking across the street. No daily rentals, 3 day min, weekly or monthly. The space This is a newly refurbished condominium unit on the corner of the building. Very relaxing, huge TV, and steps from Hampton Beach. This is a wonderful place, especially during the off-season as well. If you have children there is a pullout to allow 2 people on queen, 1 or 2 on pull out or put 1 on floor pullout depending on ages. Guest access You will have access to the unit and the parking space in the rear as well as the balcony off the unit. There are no common areas. There are no real restrictions on the beach. Other things to note There are no stoves allowed in the building per the town of Hampton building codes. There are microwaves, crockpots, and other cooking appliances in the unit.
