Ideal for those seeking to experience the village countryside, the area is suitable for hiking, offering some beautiful routes, mountain biking, off-road driving and walks in the nature. Carob and oak trees, some of 100 years of age, can also be seen in the area, leaving you with awe about nature’s greatness. Sun Moon Villa II is conveniently located within just 15 to 35 km driving distance from the most enchanting & famous beaches of South Rethymno. Plakias, Damnoni, Sxinaria, Rodakino, Triopertra, Agios Pavlos, Preveli, Agia Galini to name a few… the most famous and worth visiting beaches of Rethymno are just 15-25’ minutes away by car. *Sun Moon Villa II is part of the complex Sun Moon Villas which includes two independent holiday homes in total, each of them with separate facilities, private entrances & pools. *The two Villas can be also rent together for families or group of friends if wished, as there is a connecting door for easy access between the two Villas. External Living | Private Pool & BBQ This captivating home lays in 80m² outdoor area and is embellished with a private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,25 meters deep) and two outdoor showers, one next to the pool and one at the spacious veranda. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies, on the specially designed shaded area next to the pool, featuring BBQ facilities, a dining area & a football table for endless hours of fun and relaxation. An ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and if lazy days are on the agenda, recline on the sun lounger by enjoying a refreshing mojito & indulge in the nature’s revitalisation. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 40€/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms Where the interior décor takes inspiration from nature’s palette – fresh, colourful and inviting. Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout the villa which spreads through two floors, making it an ideal escape for a family or group of friends. The Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 150m² indoor space, boasting three bedrooms & three en-suite bathrooms, plus a shared bathroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds.
