It is equipped with an 85-inch screen and a high-quality sound system, perfect for your movie nights. The sofa, designed by Christian Lacroix, offers an elegant design and maximum comfort. 🔸 Kitchen: Open to the living room, the kitchen is very functional and practical with its central island, induction hob, extractor hood, and appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. The equipment is modern and of high quality. 🔸 Laundry Room: This space is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and steam station, making it easy to take care of laundry during your stay if needed. 🔸 Game Room: In the basement, an incredible space is dedicated to entertainment with a cinema corner, video projector, and speakers, you will be comfortably seated on mattresses and cushions designed for this purpose. Please do not throw your cigarette butts in the villa's trash cans or in the garden. • Filming and photography are prohibited during your stay. However, we may consider your requests and offer you a special deal through Airbnb. • We love animals, but they are not allowed on the property. • The furniture must not be moved. • Parties are not allowed. • Outdoor fires are prohibited. • Any incident, breakage, or damage affecting the apartment, furniture, or equipment must be reported as soon as possible. • The cost of replacing broken items is the responsibility of the guests. • Repairs necessitated by negligence or poor maintenance during your stay will be the responsibility of the guests. • Cleaning is included, but we ask that you empty the trash, wash the dishes, and leave the accommodation as tidy as you found it upon arrival. • In the event that the keys are not returned or are lost, a complete lock change will be carried out at your expense. Changing the locks is mandatory to guarantee the security of the property, future guests, and the owners, and to minimize the risk of break-ins.
