In a private, quiet and wooded area, this villa of about 200 m² faces the sea and accommodates up to 10 people for an exceptional stay with family or friends. The space Welcome to Agay, your sea view villa on the French Riviera Interior description The villa offers five elegantly furnished bedrooms: three bedrooms with king-size beds, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, allowing everyone to have their own space and privacy. Two bathrooms complete the sleeping areas. The large, bright and friendly living room is the ideal place to meet: comfortable sofas, unobstructed views, warm atmosphere for meals, aperitifs or game nights. The large, fully equipped independent kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. A selection of games for all ages is available to share moments with family or friends. Exterior description Outside, the villa extends into a beautiful landscaped garden of about 2,000 m², with no neighbors, where you can enjoy the calm and the sea view. A real equipped summer kitchen allows you to organize lunches and dinners in the open air, around large convivial tables. The large terrace overlooks the sea and leads to the private swimming pool, safe for children, lined with deckchairs and relaxation areas. We alternate between swimming, naps in the sun and aperitifs while admiring the panorama of the Bay of Agay and the red rocks of the Estérel. Four parking spaces are available inside the property. Surrounding area The estate offers privacy and tranquility while remaining just 3 minutes from the beaches. At the foot of the neighborhood, you will find beachfront restaurants, private beaches, beach clubs, bars, water attractions (paddle, kayak, jet ski, boat trips), as well as local shops, supermarkets and bakery. Within minutes, you can reach the center of Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus. Following the magnificent Corniche d'Or, Cannes is accessible in 30 minutes, with its luxury shops, the Croisette and its beaches. Nice and its international airport are about 45 minutes away, as well as Saint-Tropez (by the coastal road or by boat from the neighboring ports), allowing you to easily travel throughout the French Riviera. Nature lovers will enjoy hiking and mountain biking trails in the Estérel massif, views of the Mediterranean and accessible coves for swimming in clear water. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. The keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4 p.m. at the address of the accommodation. LINENS Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and upon request. SERVICE To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that we will send you after your booking is confirmed.
