Charming 15th-century stone house, located in the heart of the city center, on a quiet street in the historic district of MONTIGNAC-LASCAUX. ITS IDEAL LOCATION WILL ALLOW YOU TO DO EVERYTHING ON FOOT! Only a 10-minute walk from the Lascaux Caves. The space You will be staying close to bakeries, numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, local produce shops, a butcher shop, an ice cream parlor, a cinema, a hairdresser, etc. The market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday morning; the farmers' market with food and local entertainment, every Monday evening in July and August.  Just a 10-minute walk from the Lascaux Caves and the canoe-kayak center, which will allow you to go down our magnificent river, the Vézère, along the castles and other wonders... Montignac-Lascaux is one of the jewels of the Périgord Noir, where a multitude of activities are available: electric bike rental, mini-golf, visits to castles, fortresses, caves, cave dwellings, an animal park, horseback riding, numerous marked pedestrian and bike trails, and much more... Within a 10 km radius of this accommodation, you can stroll through three magnificent villages classified as "most beautiful villages in France"; it's unique! Sarlat: 25 min - Les Eyzies: 25 min - Périgueux or Brive: 45 min Great for a stay for families or groups of friends. Very functional, cozy and carefully decorated, it offers you all the comforts. Bedding, kitchen, and furniture: everything is new! The modern, perfectly furnished and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need (fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster...) and opens onto a cozy living room with a TV and a toilet on the ground floor. The stairs will lead you to a comfortable bathroom with an Italian shower (heated towel rail and hairdryer) and a 2nd toilet, as well as: A bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a reading/rest area, One bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm. Bed linen and towels are provided, and all beds will be prepared before your arrival, so all you have to do is enjoy! High chair and baby cot upon request. Free parking near the house.
