A baby cot is also available upon request. This room leads through to the main amenities. ​Facilities: A shower room with WC and a fully equipped separate kitchen (including a Nespresso machine and washing machine). ​Outside: ​From the kitchen, you can access your private outdoor area. A garden table and chairs await you in the shade of the trees, allowing you to fully enjoy the absolute calm of this peaceful residential neighborhood. Guest access Access & Parking 🚗 Access the apartment via the main driveway. You may drive up to the entrance to drop off your luggage, but please move your vehicle to the designated parking spots immediately after (parking in the driveway is prohibited). ​Outdoor Space & Quiet Hours 🌿 A private outdoor area is at your disposal on the kitchen side: this is the perfect spot for dining, relaxing, or smoking. ​However, we kindly ask you not to smoke, gather, or talk loudly in front of the apartment entrance. This area is directly next to our children's bedrooms, and we wish to ensure their sleep is not disturbed. Please also keep this entrance clear of any personal belongings. Other things to note Check-out instructions & Cleaning fee 🧹 ​To keep our cleaning fees as low as possible, we kindly ask you to help us with the following before you leave: ​Laundry: Please remove bed sheets and pillowcases and place them in the washing machine (leave mattress and pillow protectors in place). ​Kitchen: Wash your dishes and empty the Nespresso capsule container. ​Floors: Give the floors a quick vacuum. ​Trash: Please take your trash to the designated bins. ​Your cooperation helps us maintain affordable rates for everyone.
