The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: 1 induction hob, electric oven, microwave, Senséo and instant hot water dispenser. The furniture, vintage style, is clean. The bathroom has a jet shower cabin, a sink and a toilet for a practical and comfortable space. Please note: • 🧽🧹Cleaning: Not included, this must be done by you (option available at €20). • Terrace belonging to the co-ownership is currently under construction to be completely renovated. It is therefore not accessible during your stay. This authentic accommodation in a building of character allows you to enjoy a simple and pleasant setting, in the heart of a region full of charm and activities. Guest access the complete accommodation is at your complete disposal for the number of people that we have reserved, 1,2,3 or 4 people in addition from 2. Other things to note The apartment is located in a condominium, which means you will share some spaces with other residents. Therefore, there may be occasional noises and cooking smells in common areas, as well as other inconveniences related to community living (leaves, dust, cobwebs, etc.). Please note: • The terrace belonging to the co-ownership is currently being renovated and is therefore not accessible at the moment. • The neighbors have two large dogs who, although they can be impressive, stay behind their gate and do not access the common areas.
