Set in 5000 m² of beautifully landscaped private gardens, the house is surrounded by lavender fields and forests. Ideally located near the center of Roussas, crowned by its medieval castle and the Saint Joseph sanctuary, and just 10 minutes from Grignan — a charming village famed throughout Drôme Provençale — and 15 minutes from Montélimar. The villa allows all generations of the family to live together while keeping independence between adults and children, thanks to multiple kitchens, dining areas, and both indoor and outdoor lounges. There are two kitchens and a pool house fitted for cooking: the main kitchen with a large table, next to the main dining room and terrace overlooking the pool; the second kitchen is in the garden-level family suite, ideal for the younger ones; and the third is in the pool house with a large table beside the water. The house is equipped in true French style: full cookware and utensils, quality dishes, 2 BBQs, 2 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators. Several spots to enjoy an apéritif or read by the water or on one of the shaded or sunny terraces.
