The space Enjoy a warm interior, carefully designed to make you feel at home: • A large living room bathed in light, equipped with a 5-seater sofa (convertible), a flat-screen TV, a large table for 8 people, and of course Wi-Fi and air conditioning for optimal comfort. • A modern and functional kitchen, fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, espresso machine (Nespresso pods) and all the necessary utensils to cook good dishes. • A contemporary bathroom, with everything you need at your disposal: towels, shower gel, soap, hair dryer as well as a washing machine, a drying rack and an iron for your comfort. • A spacious first bedroom, equipped with a 160 x 200 double bed, a dresser with wardrobe, TV and air conditioning for peaceful nights in premium bedding. • A second adjoining bedroom in a row, also equipped with a 140 x 200 double bed and a dresser, perfect for a second couple or children. The beds will be made upon your arrival but it should be noted that sheets and blankets are not provided for the sofa bed, which is an extra bed. Guest access Ideally located on the main street of Margny-lès-Compiègne, this apartment is conveniently and pleasantly located. Easily accessible by car, it has a private and secure parking space. Only a 10-minute walk from Compiègne train station, it offers ideal proximity for your travels. You will find all amenities within walking distance: bank, bakery, dry cleaning and shops. In addition, take advantage of the free bus network of Compiègne, perfect for moving around the entire agglomeration easily. Access to the apartment is fully autonomous thanks to a key box, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you, from 4 p.m. There is also a remote for the motorized gate, giving you the opportunity to park your vehicle in the inner courtyard safely. The porch may seem a bit narrow: 2.07 m wheel width and 2.45 m rear width. I'll be happy to help if you need anything. Other things to note To ensure the comfort and peace of mind of all guests, we do not allow pets or parties. In addition, the property is non-smoking. For security reasons, the building is equipped with surveillance cameras only in the communal areas: – under the entrance porch providing access to the courtyard and the properties – in the building's courtyard The property itself has no cameras or surveillance devices, and guests' privacy is fully respected.
