Beautiful Villa "La Sauleraie" Air Conditioning-Pool

This charming air-conditioned villa, very comfortable and modern, bright, well arranged, and tastefully decorated will delight you for a weekend of discovery or vacation. It has 4 bedrooms including a master suite, two bathrooms, a laundry room. A large living room with open kitchen with direct access to the terrace. Guests can take advantage of the outdoor furniture to relax by the (unheated) swimming pool. Automatic gate, code lock. Parking Spaces The space For added comfort, the entire place is air-conditioned with thermostats for each room. We have designed and equipped the villa to make you feel at home and have a great stay, whether for relaxation and vacation or for a business stay. Nothing is missing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The living room has a very nice brightness thanks to its south-facing exposure and the view of the pool, the peaceful garden, trees and flowers. The beautiful kitchen opens onto the living room with direct access to the large terrace equipped with a gas barbecue, creating a family atmosphere, very friendly and warm around the central island. The indoor dining table in the living room is extendable from 4 to 8 people without problems, as is the outdoor table which can be extended. All extra chairs are available to accommodate the number of guests. The villa is perfectly suitable for babies and children. For babies we have a crib, high chair and bathtub with bath seat available. For younger children, it is equipped with two small chairs and a small desk so they can eat, play or draw (felt pens and coloring books are available). We also provide some games that are also suitable for young children. For even more fun shared with adults, a game of pétanque for children and bowling, balls are freely available. The rooms are all equipped with a dressing room so you can drop off your things and feel as comfortable as possible. In order to avoid waiting in front of the bathroom, one of the bedrooms has been designed as a master suite with its own bathroom. Each has its own towel dryer. In order to share good times, board games are at your disposal as well as outdoor games for the garden (petanque balls, ball…). The pool is equipped with an alarm to feel safe and a baby buoy and armbands. A water mattress is available as well as water games for children. The garden is wooded and the pool measures 3 x 6 meters and is about 1.50 meters deep. It is not heated but it faces south. Parking is available inside (2 cars) as well as in front of the house. Bed linen and towels are provided and are available in each room. Pool towels are not provided. For amenities, close to the house on foot (2 minutes), you will find a bakery, a pizzeria bar, a tobacco store, a restaurant, a supermarket, a bank, a hairdresser…. You are 10 minutes from the old center of Montélimar and 10 minutes from the Montélimar Nord highway exit for easy and very smooth access. All you have to do is drop off your bags to enjoy and discover the beautiful natural and historical heritage of the Drôme Provençale, starting with a walk in the pretty medieval hilltop village of Sauzet with its breathtaking view of the relief from the square of the old church.
