Description
La Ruine is a traditional Alsatian building dating from 1750, completely renovated on an area of 270 m2 offering 5 suites, 4 bathrooms with toilet and bed linen/towels included, accommodating 10 people and 1 baby. An indoor SPA heated to 37 degrees will offer you a moment of relaxation. La Ruine is located in the heart of Alsace between Strasbourg (60 km) and Colmar (15 km) and in direct proximity to the Wine Route, a string of picturesque villages and exceptional landscapes The space Built on three levels, the ground floor consists of the entrance, a kitchen open to the dining room, a toilet as well as the relaxation area of the SPA which gives access to a small enclosed outdoor area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, blender and citrus juicer. The living room has a large 3-meter table allowing all guests to come together. On the first floor, a living room with sofas and armchairs including a TV area gives access to two suites with a double bed (160 cm) each equipped with air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom with toilet. On the second floor, a games area including a pool table gives access to two suites, each equipped with air conditioning, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with toilet. The first suite has a double bed (140 cm) while the second has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with two single bunk beds. Each suite comes with a TV, air conditioning and individually controlled floor heating. All bathrooms include a toilet and a large walk-in shower (160 cm). Bathroom amenities and a hair dryer are available. WiFi is accessible from the entire property. Towels and bathrobes are provided. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron is available to our guests. Free public parking is available next to the accommodation.
